Interesting debate it is. however, it is...Hi Arun,<br /><br />Interesting debate it is. however, it is very difficult to assume or expect RoI on both BI & DR.<br /><br />BI is a tool which checks on what was promised by Marketing and Sales before launch i.e. the numbers vis-a-vis what is achieved after launch. Technology is driven by these numbers and everything is invested accordingly.
