I guess open sou...Well, finally someone said it. <br /><br />I guess open source still has its challenges and issues and after trying it out myself I too pretty much arrived at the same conclusion. <br /><br />But my experiences with open source in learning management (Moodle) has been good given that its a core for my organization and we do cater to a reasonable no. of participants in a year. However experiences of using open source solutions for Project Management at the enterprise level was one that of embarrassment (we were doing it for a client) and pain. We had to give up on it. Also I am not sure if one really saves money either as significant monies is spent on resources to develop, run and maintain it.Ajay Parasrampurianoreply@blogger.com
